Football scouting and talent discovery

Player profiles visible to clubs, scouts, and verified organizations

Registration for trials, camps, and showcases

Basic football-related profile information (e.g., position, club, preferred foot)

DES does not guarantee selection, contracts, trials, or professional opportunities.

4. User Accounts

You agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information

Keep your login credentials secure

Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use

DES may place accounts under review before approval.

5. Player Profiles

Player profiles may include:

Name or display name

Age category

Nationality

Playing position

Club affiliation

Preferred foot

Football-related statistics and notes

No sensitive personal data (such as medical records) is publicly displayed.

Profiles for minors are restricted and displayed only to verified entities.

6. Payments & Fees

Some trials or events may require a fee.
DES does not guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated for a specific event.

All payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information

Impersonate another person or organization

Upload offensive, abusive, or unlawful content

Attempt to bypass security or moderation systems

Violation may result in suspension or permanent removal.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

All DES content, branding, logos, UI, and software are owned by Draft Elite Sport and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Users retain ownership of their personal content but grant DES a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform.

9. Disclaimers

DES is a facilitation platform only.
We do not:

Act as an agent unless explicitly stated

Guarantee football contracts or trials

Assume responsibility for third-party decisions

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for policy violations or misuse.

DES shall not be liable for:

Lost opportunities

Financial loss

Injuries during events or trials

Decisions made by clubs, scouts, or organizers
